Abura soba is noodles with no soup. TOKYO ABURAGUMI puts special sauce, then noodles and toppings. They provide instructions after you get the noodles to add vinegar, chili oil, chili sauce, and crushed onions all together. The calorie of abura soba is 2/3 and amount of salt is half of ramen. Abura soba is healthy, and it tastes as good as ramen!!

Spicy Abura Soba (780 yen) with Topping A - an egg and green onion - (180 yen). You can choose size of noodles; regular (160g), large (240g) and extra-large (320g) for 780 yen.
