Shiromaru

This is their original ramen, Shiromaru. They simmered bone broth for 18 hours and serve it with thin noodles. Shiromaru for 790 yen.

Kasane Aji

This soup is mixed of both pork and chicken broth, so it is creamy but lighter than regular tonkotsu soup. Kasane Aji for 850 yen.

Side Dishes

They have various kinds of side dishes. Roasted Pork Fillet Rice Bowl for 360 yen.
