KOHMEN serves creamy pork broth ramen with thick noodles.

KOHMEN is one of famous ramen shop chains in Tokyo area. Their soup is based on pork broth witch was simmered for 8 to 12 hours and mixed with soy sauce (Tonkotsu Shoyu). Enjoy Tokyo Tonkotsu ramen!
Tsukemen

Tsukemen has the noodles separated in a different bowl, and to eat tsukemen, you dip noodles in very thick soup. Their soup is based on thick pork broth, and they add fish powder to make it thicker.

Kogashi Tantanmen

Kogashi Tantanmen, 930 yen, is a creamy sesame soup with hot chili and charcoal-grilled marinated pork.

Side Dishes and Toppings

They have pan-fried dumplings, dumpling soup, roasted pork fillet and variety of toppings. Shiso (perilla)-flavored Pan-Fried Dumplings for 350 yen.
