Shiromaru

This is their original ramen, Shiromaru. They simmered bone broth for 18 hours and serve it with thin noodles. Shiromaru for 790 yen.

Akamaru

Adding spicy miso and special blended olive oil will give deeper flavor to the ramen. For this ramen they use thicker noodles, so you can enjoy until the last drop. Akamaru for 850 yen.

Side Dishes
