A new office and shopping complex will open next April in Tokyo's historic Ginza district. The complex will offer the latest fashions as well as traditional Japanese food and culture.

Officials from department store operator J. Front Retailing, property management firm Mori Building and two other companies unveiled details of the project on Wednesday.

The new building will house more than 200 tenants including world famous fashion brands. A terminal for sightseeing buses and a tourist information counter will be located on the ground floor.

Shoppers will be able to dine on food from sushi to tempura, and take in a traditional Noh performance at the in-house theater.
