Beautiful mansion, a rose garden and a Japanese garden.

Kyu-Furukawa Gardens is a Tokyo metropolitan park in Kita, Tokyo, which was designed and built in 1917 by Josiah Conder. The park includes an old western-style building, a rose garden, and a Japanese-style garden. They will hold an annual Spring Rose Festival from mid-May to early June (Date of the Festival depends on when rose begins to bloom). You can enjoy a mini concert at the rose garden on weekends. And they will also light up the gardens at night for few weeks during the festival.
