Check out the traditional square log rolling show!!

The Kiba Square Log Rolling (Kiba no Kakunori) will be held as a part of the Koto Ward Citizens Festival. The entirety of Kiba Park was taken up by a giant log pond for supplying lumber to edo. Kiba no Kakunori, Square log rolling, developed during the Edo era in which performers balance on floating semi-milled logs as a folk art from this unique background. This annual event is organized in order to pass down both the origin of the name and traditional culture of the area.
