When Ginkgo leaves turn yellow, the festivity begins in Jingu Gaien.

You will be amazed when you see a line of gingko trees on the Icho (ginkgo) Namiki Avenue. Every year at the end of Autumn, the street of Jingu Shrine outer gardens - between Aoyama Ichome and Gaien Mae - turns yellow!! And people celebrate the beauty of nature. Of course, there will be street stalls, so you can have little snacks and drinks with your walk. During the season, the street is covered by a lot of leaves, and it looks like you are walking on a yellow carpet. Let's enjoy Japanese beautiful autumn in Tokyo!
