Beautiful lanterns flow the Sumida River.

Toro Nagashi is a Japanese ceremony in which participants float paper lanterns down a river to guide the spirits of the departed back to the other world. At Asakusa Summer Night Festival, you are able to join the Paper Lantern Adrift.
